_{I like making villians *3* more than anything in the world ~ because mentally sound characters are BORING. So first up are two of Centella's Rogues. There are plenty for my three heroes, so sorry, but expect more. Sketches from my sketchbook so nothing fancy.

Background: Her career of crime started with the murder of her cheating husband. Forever a slighted woman, she lures and kills men, wracking up quite the homicidal record. She uses her long red hair as a weapon. Very hostile, approach with caution.

Alias: The Belgian

Background: A local crime lord, and yes from Belgium, who deals in narcotics within the city. His business is widespread, apparently reaching out to other crime syndicates. He uses a widespread nightclub chain called "The Canary Club" to bus his merchandise. Very little is known about his identity.
